We booked an upper unit in September. When we arrived, we found they had booked our room and given us a lower unit. We never heard from the owner all week and there was no explanation. Our booking agent in Anguilla had a hard time contacting him and had to fight with him to get us a refund for the difference in the units. We are still waiting on that.

The phone was not working in the room and we found out later from our maid that a cell phone left in a chair was for us to use (would have been nice to know when we got there). The internet was not working the first day and was out again the day before we left.
