I, my mother and my 2 sons (11 and 9) really enjoyed the hotel. This was our first Cancun experience. While the hotel had some rundown spots (smudges, scrapes, chipping paint), the employees were friendly and always ready to help. There wasn't a time when someone wasn't working on the rundown areas....
