Not impressed - user review Ants in the bathroom! Dozens of them. You could strike a match on the bath towels; very scratchy and uncomfortable. Too old and needs renovations! - user review Card key didn't work in the beginning, and it took total of 20 minutes to fix it; battery was just dead. Once I entered the room, I found out that the heater unit didn't work. Front desk clerk was already aware of the problem and told to wait about 10 20 minutes to warm up, but it still didn't work.... expedia.com

Loud party going on and I noticed a card filled out by a guest from 3 days earlier on the desk that had not been turned in complaining about the same situation that I am describing.
