Very clean! It's close to Metro Marconi, so travel into central Rome was easy. Also the taxi from the Metro to the Leonardo da Vinci airport was under 35 euros. Don't wait for breakfast what counts are a comfortable bed, some air conditioning and a hob for meal preparation. A nice part of town, a go...
