Gracisce is a village with 450 inhabitants on the road from Pazin to Plomin. From here the view opens on the beautiful Istrian side of Mt. Ucka. This village has an interesting Romanic - gothic piece of architecture which caused it to be declared a cultural monument, since it still preserves its medieval spirit. Extremely interesting are its bulwarks, the city gate and the remains of several aristocratic Episcopal residences. It was first an Illyrian settlement, then a Roman outpost and finally a tourist attraction.
