Great view . . . and that´s about it! - user review We found the Grand Lake Lodge rather disappointing. The location could not be better, outside of town, and very close to the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. But the cabin, for which we were charged S186.00, was not worth it. OWNER IS SELLING AND IT SHOWS - user review We had our family reunion after planning it for two years. The James family has owned this lodge since the early 1900's. Now, the son is selling it and we paid the price. We had 40 people arrive, and not so much as a how to do. They promised to greet us with a haarty welcome and vigorous handshake. ... fodors.com
