No title - expert review This is a modern, spacious and functional hotel that will soon be known as one of the grandest and most organized hotels, especially for its convention services. Spacious room, lots of storage, close to subway and food - user review I booked a twin family room, it has 2 double beds and a sofabed. Lots of drawers all over. Huge room, but a tiny TV. I guess you don't come to London to watch TV.One of the nice things about living in cities like London and Manhattan is the array of shops within seconds of walking outdoors. Great Experience - user review Although not in city center this hotel is in a great location for quick access to the city landmarks. There is a tube station with 4 of the major lines within 1/2 block. Additionally you have 2 train stations one which is Paddington that has the direct train to Heathrow. Both train stations are with... expedia.com
Great Hotel - user review Everyone at this hotel was very helpful and friendly. The underground was only two blocks away. It is situated where the bus and underground are very near to the hotel. We had a Marks and Spencer across the street from the hotel and a Starbucks one block away from the hotel. You gotta hang out at Th... expedia.com
Good location - user review Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, however, the help desk (when you're in the room and you can't find something) were a bit rude. The only negative thing I can say about the room was the placement of the hair dryer...it's in the desk which is also inadequately lit...and there's no outl... expedia.com
Very helpful concierge! - user review Great Concierge for trip and touring info, clean rooms, pleasant service in general. While not quite as snazzy as high end hotels in this chain in the States, it's unlikely that you'd come away with a complaint. Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks.Bus and tube stops are nearby unlimited full day pa... expedia.com

A very pleasant upgrade - user review The Hilton London Metropole is a large, full service property with a helpful staff. We booked for only a single night (Good Friday), as we had spent a few days in Paris and had a layover before our flight back to the U.S. from Heathrow. We picked the Hilton, because of its central location, access t... expedia.com
Good Hotel, decent location - user review The hotel is very large by London standards. The location of the hotel is not very central to most attractions; however, there is a tube stop very close to the hotel. The room was very clean and staff were extremely friendly. large and busy hotel - user review This hotel served our needs. It is very close to two Tube stops, and the tour bus companies make pick ups there each morning. The room was comfortable and clean. Find a better choice - user review This hotel was a not what I was expecting. It is not walking distance to paddington train station, you will need a taxi, approx.10 pounds, specially if you have luggage. The neighborhood is bad. And the hotel rips you off with extra charges. 135 pounds for a 32 min call to USA for example. 20 pounds... expedia.com
Modern hotel in central London close to Paddington Stn - user review This is a modern building by anyone's standards, and therefore the rooms are relatively large for a London hotel. It is across the street from Edgeware tube stop, 500 meters down from Paddington Station (straight shot to Heathrow on the Express). They have an OK health club. FOod prices and dry clea... expedia.com
Nice hotel, not so great location - user review Very clean, spacious room with nice view, very comfortable & looked quite new. We stayed in 1 double room with wife & 2 kids which is hard to find in UK. Price reasonable. We did wait 15 minutes in line to check in, but otherwise no complaints. The neighborhood is questionable, if on foot. Cabs fine... expedia.com
Where in the world is the reception desk - user review We walked clear around the block looking for the front door which we finally realized was what we took for the entrance to the parking garage. Inside was just as confusing; there were three different desks that looked like the reception desk. The room itself was adequate, but the beds were heavenly.... expedia.com
