Potomje Dingac Potocine - pogled na Mljet

Janjina is a municipality with a population of 333 situated in the central part of the Peljesac peninsula on the road from Ston to Orebic. This is a local road junction from which the roads lead to Trstenik in the Mljet channel and Osobjave in the Neretva channel. This old place was first mentioned in the year 1222. The parish church of St. Vlaho was built in 1767. The nearby hamlet of Surivid has the churches of St. Vid and St. Djurad with wattle fencing from the 9th Century. The locals are great agricultural workers specialized in vineyard and olive tree cultivation.
