Oasis Tea Zone - International District - Seattle, WA Decent if Uwajimaya is too busy. I find that the tapiocas are really tasteless and really deter from the flavor of the drink here. They also don't shake up the drink after they seal the lid so you have a 2 inch layer of tapioca pearls to suck up before you ever get any drink through the straw. T... yelp.com
