No title - user review A special and good experience to stay in this hostel. Me and my wife were actually not quite confident to stay in a hostel because of our age. We thought it might be very tough to get a good sleep and it would not be easy to get along with other young people. Believe us, we made it. It is very quite... hostelz.com
No title - user review I had never stayed at a hostel before and I didn't know what to expect. I found out that Pender Lodge is a pretty cozy place and I had a pleasant time there. The worst things that happened were that I was charged $2 to use a towel and our small refrigerator in our room smelled weird. Haha. I love Pe... hostelz.com
No title - user review no free local calls but a pay phone is in the building plus coin laundry facilities which is a bonus. internet is only available 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. (twenty minute maximum as someone else always waiting to use it). No title - user review This hostel sounded ideal for us. however when we got here we realised the hostel wasn't quite up to our expectations. I'm a 23 male up for a good laugh but also like a good sleep (just so u know what sort of person is writing this). The hostel is about 20 30mins walk from the centre or any good nig... hostelz.com
No title - user review This place is bad news. I am an International homestay host for Asian students of my university. When they wanted to travel to B.C., I let them make the arrangements. They chose hostels. Some were nice. This one should be closed down! Filthy, run down, and managed by unscrupulous people who make a h... hostelz.com
No title - user review Very poor hostel. This was more like a single occupancy room rental for folks who are down and out vs. a hostel where you meet fellow travellers which we of course were hoping for. There are metal troughs in the hall, tiny bathrooms and a overall dingy feeling here. The room had metal bars in the wi... hostelz.com
No title - user review Very well managed hostel. It is very clean and the staff is awesome. I could not think anything which they don't have. They give you all the convenience all for free. Cheapest hostel with that little money, you definitely get a very good sleep. If you want to wisely spend your money, it is the place... hostelz.com
No title - user review While it may be the cheapest hostel in Vancouver, it is still not worth the price. I can't believe someone said this place was clean. It was the dirtiest hostel I've ever seen. There were flies in the shower room (with curtains were nailed to the wall), the sinks were disgusting, and I wouldn't even... hostelz.com

Don't go here - user review This is a boarding house, not a travelers hostel as advertised. So yeah it's cheap but it has a very dingy feeling about it and is not what you would expect to find if you are us... travel.yahoo.com
