Had read previous reviews and was a bit leery to pay the high rate, but overall the room was very nice and plush! However, the check in was very painful. Great location, terrible parking - user review Quick checkin and checkout, friendly and helpful staff. Easy indoor walk from the elevator to the Galleria. Room is spacious with a comfy bed.
