Not wheelchair accessible - user review after 2 nights they did find a sister holte North of Hyde park that was accessible. Thistle Kessington Gardens and Thistle Marble Arch's rooms are almost identical, would highly recomment these two Thistle holels. They did give back 50% for thos first two nights.
