Tordinci is a municipality with a population of 1020, situated along the local Markusica-Marinci road. Roads for Bobota, Antu and Brsadin lead from here. The place is situated near the Osi-jek- Vinkovci road and it is almost completely linked with the place Ostrvo. It is an old place mentioned as a county in 1332.
In the Middle Ages it was a centre of 32 counties of the Vukovar district. The Holy Trinity church was built in 1792. It is a rich agriculture area with hunting and fishing districts. A beautiful river Vuka runs through the place. The place was damaged in 1992 during the Serbo-Croatian war just as the other neighboring places, and inhabitants were driven away.
