My current favorite item on the menu is the seafood gumbo. I grew up in heavy cajun country, and for my money this gumbo is the best I have had west of Houston. It invariably includes fish, shrimp, the occasional oyster, and of course the okra with rice blended in. Damn, it is good! Other appetizers...
